It’s almost that time of year when networks, such as The CW, decide which shows they want to renew and which shows they want to cancel. The Vampire Diaries is safe because it was renewed on Valentine’s Day for a 5th season. We should also know by the end of May whether “The Originals” will have a slot for the fall season.

There are some reports that the TV series “Cult,” has already been cancelled, but according to Zap2It, The CW has still not made a final decision to cancel it’s mid-season replacement show which stars Matthew Davis as Jeff Sefton, journalist and blogger, whose brother ends up missing after he gets involved with a group called “True Believers” who believe the happenings on a TV show, also called “Cult,” are real. Matt’s character begins working with Skye Yarrow (played by Jessica Lucas), who works on the TV show, to try and find his brother.
